For these, disjoin the stroke that comes before the "lity"
or "rity" ending. It helps to remember that these two endings are
inferred, not written.
If there is a vowel immediately before those endings,
this is only written where convenient, otherwise omitted e.g. after
a circle or halving:
"credi-bility" inserts the I vowel easily
"princi-pality" "practi-cality" omit the I vowel, as
it cannot be written after the circle or halving
